Metal Sharpener
Crafted from solid zamak alloy, our sharpener is built for clean, consistent performance. It creates a rounded point, not a brittle, ultra-fine tip so you get smooth, controlled application without breakage or wasted product.
Designed to pair with the Eco Barrel Eye Definer, and compatible with most standard pencils, it sharpens precisely and cleanly, complementing our bio-based barrel format.
How To Use
Shipping & Returns
Step 1: Enter Your Order Information
- Visit the EcoGlo Return Portal.
- Enter your Order Number and the zip code used during checkout.
- Click "Look up order"
Tip: You can find your order number in your confirmation email or packing slip.
Step 2: Select Items to Return or Exchange
- Once your order is pulled up, you’ll see a list of all items.
- Choose the product(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- Select a reason for the return (e.g., not what I expected, arrived damaged, received the wrong item, etc.).
Step 3: Choose Your Refund Method
- Pick how you'd like to be refunded:
- Original Payment Method
- EcoGlo Store Credit (fastest option and planet-friendly!)
- If you select EcoGlo Store Credit, you’ll receive a digital gift card as soon as we process your return.
Step 4: Print Your Prepaid Return Label
- A prepaid shipping label will be generated for eligible returns.
- Print the label and securely package your item(s) in the original or eco-conscious packaging.
- Affix the label and drop it off at the indicated carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS).
We encourage reusing your original packaging to reduce waste.
Step 5: Get Your Refund
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund.
- Credit card refunds: 5–10 business days
- EcoGlo credit: Instant once approved
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is complete.
