Step 1: Enter Your Order Information

1. Visit the EcoGlo Return Center.
2. Enter your Order Number and the email address used during checkout.
3. Click "Find My Order."

Tip: You can find your order number in your confirmation email or packing slip.

Step 2: Select Items to Return or Exchange

1. Once your order is pulled up, you’ll see a list of all items.
2. Choose the product(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
3. Select a reason for the return (e.g., not what I expected, arrived damaged, received the wrong item, etc.).

Step 3: Choose Your Refund Method

1. Pick how you'd like to be refunded:
2. Original Payment Method
3. EcoGlo Store Credit (fastest option and planet-friendly!)
4. If you select EcoGlo Store Credit, you’ll receive a digital gift card as soon as we process your return.

Step 4: Print Your Prepaid Return Label

1. A prepaid shipping label will be generated for eligible returns.
2. Print the label and securely package your item(s) in the original or eco-conscious packaging.
3. Affix the label and drop it off at the indicated carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS).

We encourage reusing your original packaging to reduce waste.

Step 5: Get Your Refund

1. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund.
2. Credit card refunds: 5–10 business days
3. EcoGlo credit: Instant once approved

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is complete.
