Returns & Exchanges

What’s EcoGlo’s return policy?

We want you to love every part of your EcoGlo experience. If something’s not right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please have your original order number ready. Refunds are issued to your original payment method—excluding shipping fees unless required by law.

Please note the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  1. Gift Cards

  2. Used or opened items

  3. Gifts with purchase

  4. Final sale items

If you made an in-person cash purchase, you’ll receive store credit instead. You may also choose a refund in the form of EcoGlo credit through our self-service portal.

Any discounts or promotions applied to your original purchase will be reflected in your refund.


How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return, visit our Return Portal and follow the steps using your order number. If you’re outside the U.S., contact us at hello@ecoglobeauty.com for help with international returns.

Through our return portal, you’ll be able to:

  1. Share feedback on your product

  2. Choose between a refund to your original payment method or EcoGlo credit

If you receive a message that your order isn’t eligible for an online return, don’t worry—just email us or bring your items and order number to one of our retail locations. We’re here to help.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds to credit/debit cards typically take 5–10 business days to show up on your statement. Refunds issued as EcoGlo store credit will be available immediately once processed.

Received the wrong item?

So sorry about that! Please reach out via our Return Portal or email us at hello@ecoglobeauty.com with your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Can I return a gift?

Yes! If you received EcoGlo as a gift and it’s not quite your vibe, you can return it for store credit. Send us an email or visit one of our stores with the gift giver’s first and last name, email address, and the items you’re returning. Don’t worry—we won’t notify them. Once we find the original order, we’ll take it from there.
