What is EcoGlo?

EcoGlo is an intelligent beauty and wellness brand that creates skincare-forward color products and performance-first formulas designed to align with your rhythm—starting with our EcoBarrel Eye Definers. We make beauty that moves with you.

Who is EcoGlo for?

Modern consumers—primarily Millennial and Gen Z women—who want chic, high-performance makeup with skincare benefits. Our customer isn’t chasing trends; she’s curating her glow intentionally.

Where is EcoGlo based?

EcoGlo is based in Beverly Hills, CA, with its main hub in Los Angeles and distribution across the U.S. We’re always moving, always growing—just like our customers.

What are the EcoBarrel Eye Definers?

Our first launch includes six high-impact eyeliner shades, each infused with skin-loving ingredients and housed in a biodegradable wooden barrel—formulated for comfort, control, and clean precision.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, always. EcoGlo does not test on animals, and we require the same from all manufacturing partners. Our formulas are 100% vegan.

What’s coming next?

Lip liners launch July 1st, followed by rhythm-aware, skincare-forward innovations and more. 

Are your formulas “clean”?

We prioritize high-performing, safe ingredients. We don’t lead with buzzy terms like “clean beauty,” but all our products are formulated without parabens, phthalates, or endocrine disruptors. Transparency over trendiness.

 

Sustainability & Packaging

What makes EcoGlo sustainable?

Our EcoBarrel collection is the first of its kind: fully biodegradable wood pencil barrels, low-waste caps, and a reduced-plastic packaging approach. We partner with select vendors aligned with Pact Collective and other circularity leaders.

Are your products refillable?

Not at the moment. Our current lineup—lip and eye pencils—is designed for precision, hygiene, and performance, and these formats don’t currently require refillable options. That said, refillability is core to our future. As we expand into new categories, including our upcoming EcoGlo Rhythms collection, we're actively developing refillable designs that meet both our sustainability standards and elevated design ethos.

 

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

Currently within the U.S., Canada, Mexico, European Union and UK, with international expansion planned in 2026. For retailer inquiries or international partnerships, email hello@ecoglobeauty.com.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days, and standard U.S. shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days after that.

For international orders, delivery may take 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. While we always aim to ship promptly, international timelines can vary.

During new product launches or peak seasons, please allow for slight delays—we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

What’s your return policy?

We want you to love every part of your EcoGlo experience. If something’s not right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please have your original order number ready.

Please note, the following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees, unless otherwise required by law.
