When Will My Order Ship?
We know some days you’re willing to wait—and some days you need your beauty essentials ASAP. That’s why EcoGlo offers flexible shipping options to fit your schedule.
Once you place an order, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and prepare your package. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Are Taxes & Duties Included?
We make international checkout simple. Here’s how we handle taxes and duties:

European Union, UK, Canada and Mexico: All taxes and duties are included in your order total. No surprise charges at delivery.

Other Countries: Fees are calculated at checkout. You’ll be able to choose between:

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) – duties/taxes prepaid at checkout

DPU (Delivery at Place Unloaded) – duties/taxes paid upon delivery (you’ll handle payment before the package is released)

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We’re happy to ship to PO Boxes, but only with Standard Shipping due to carrier limitations.
Tracking Issues?
If your tracking number isn’t updating, don’t worry—carriers can take up to 48 hours to register a new shipment. If you still don’t see any movement after that, contact us at hello@ecoglobeauty.com and we’ll take care of it.
Can I Update My Shipping Address?
Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes. However, you can cancel your order within 1 hour from your account page and place a new one with the correct details.

Shipping Restrictions
Some products are subject to specific shipping laws:

Within the U.S.: Fragrances can only ship via ground shipping due to federal regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot ship them to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or military (APO/FPO) addresses.

International: Some countries restrict the import of alcohol-based products. In certain cases, these items may require express shipping and may carry additional fees.
