Shipping & Returns
Step 1: Enter Your Order Information
- Visit the EcoGlo Return Portal.
- Enter your Order Number and the zip code used during checkout.
- Click "Find My Order."
Tip: You can find your order number in your confirmation email or packing slip.
Step 2: Select Items to Return or Exchange
- Once your order is pulled up, you’ll see a list of all items.
- Choose the product(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- Select a reason for the return (e.g., not what I expected, arrived damaged, received the wrong item, etc.).
Step 3: Choose Your Refund Method
- Pick how you'd like to be refunded:
- Original Payment Method
- EcoGlo Store Credit (fastest option and planet-friendly!)
- If you select EcoGlo Store Credit, you’ll receive a digital gift card as soon as we process your return.
Step 4: Print Your Prepaid Return Label
- A prepaid shipping label will be generated for eligible returns.
- Print the label and securely package your item(s) in the original or eco-conscious packaging.
- Affix the label and drop it off at the indicated carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS).
We encourage reusing your original packaging to reduce waste.
Step 5: Get Your Refund
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund.
- Credit card refunds: 5–10 business days
- EcoGlo credit: Instant once approved
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is complete.
